Memorial Day

We went to Mimmy and Pops for Memorial Day and did bunches of swimming...the kiddos are getting to be good little swimmers and are constantly jumping to someone.

Sam put my swim suit on and said he was ready to go get in the pool :)

Uncle Jeff's turn to do the catching...Brady jumping

First Week of Summer

We had a fun busy first week of summer. Cleaned the house, went to the zoo, first swim party, and played at Bebe's. We're off to a great start to summer!

I let the girls paint their own nails for the first time...they loved it, and want to paing mine about every day now.

They both concentrated very hard

Dress-up time
Friday night we went to eat and then play in the park with Reese and Rylee...so fun!

Macey got her first official haircut Saturday...as you can see she wasn't quite sure about it until it was over. I didn't realize how badly she needed one until I saw how much thicker and curlier it made it.
We always enjoy the Moo Grass Jam at Granny White Market every summer. The girls were a lot more into the slide this year...Macey at the top

This picture makes me laugh

We took the girls to Opry Mills Saturday night to eat at Rainforest Cafe...they thought it was so fun

We ate right by the elephants

Sunday night we went to Hillsboro's Praise in the Park and then they got to play afterwards

Zoo Time

We went to the zoo on Tuesday since the weather was going to be so nice, and I was babysitting Sam all day, so we decided to take the kiddos on a field trip.

Madison was the only one walking slow enough to see the baby geese. She wanted to touch them, but I told her no. Glad she didn't since a little boy right behind us tried to and he got his little thumb snipped.

Lunch Break!
The carousel is a must

We did the Dinosaur exhibit...the boys liked it...the girls were terrified :) The girls got better by the end, but I had to carry Macey through the whole thing. Mad and Mace kept saying their favorite part of the zoo though was seeing the baby dinosaurs hatching out of their eggs

Had to squeeze them all in the stroller for the walk to the car...Buddy is getting too heavy to carry and try to push a double stroller with 60+ pounds in it :)
