Fuzzy Wuzzy

The girls working on their princess puzzle. They did it all by themselves with just some coaching. Jeff and I didn't touch the pieces...first time they've done it by themselves.

Finished product
We went to dinner with Uncle Philip Friday night, and then he came over to hang out for a little while
My Sass-a-frass girl
Madison got a haircut Saturday morning. She didn't move a muscle and had to hold my hand the entire time. She did great...just needed to get the ends cut off. I told her we were going to go get her haircut and she said, "Just a little bit." She is very proud of her long hair:)
And here's my Fuzzy Wuzzy girl. Macey always has some good bed head in the morning, but this Saturday was particularly good so I had to get a picture.
Side view...she does not enjoy it when I have to brush this out in the mornings
They wore mine and Jessie's dresses when we were little to church this morning...love it.

Ava Grace came to swim!
We've been keeping Baby Sam some lately so Jessie can get a few things done (plus I owe her around 1,000 hours of babysitting from her watching my girls)...he is on the move and loves watching whatever the girlies are up to
All five of the Church cousins have loved climbing onto our end table
Sam got a quick bath this day...I had told Madison to give him some space

He got to wear a Minnie pajama shirt after his bath since it was the only thing we had that came close to fitting...he didn't seem to mind:)

Hilton Head 2011

We just got back from a fabulous trip to Hilton Head. Here are way too many pictures from it. Thanks Papa and Bebe for another great trip!

Flying the kite...this is right before Macey let go of the kite and Jeff and I had to chase it down. Jeff made the comment that he hadn't seen me run that fast in a really long time. I would like to make the point that I was the one that caught it and not him...I knew the intensity of the meltdowns we would have on our hands if we didn't catch it. Madison was very worried about the kite flying away the rest of the day. She was also very worried about the buckets and shovels getting caught in the tide...if the water got to close she would start running around gathering all the stuff up to move it away from the water yellihng "I need help guys, hurry it's gonna get lost in the ocean!!!"

our last night at Harbor Town...dinner at the Quarter Deck

I was a little worried about how long the traveling would take us since this ws the girls first roadtrip being pottytrained. We are hardcore travelers in my family meaning we only stop when absolutely necessary which means the gas tank is empty or it's mealtime. We do not like stopping for the restroom and you sure don't want to be the one to admit that you're the one that needs to go. We take pride in the fact that we've made it to Disney World multiple times in 10 hours with only one stop, and I'm convinced if the car didn't need gas then we wouldn't have stoped at all :) Well, the girls stepped up. We made it both ways in 9 hours with only one stop coming home....Pullups totally dry...I was pretty impressed. Looks like so far they may have the good Church traveling genes!
