Wrestling Sisters

The girls are getting so fun. They are really liking playing together--for the most part. They have really started wrestling some, it is hilarious--poor Macey is always on the bottom. Playing on a diaper box
They wanted to wear headbands one morning--Madison

Macey--she may need a little bit more hair

Madison looks like such a big girl in this picture

They wanted to wear their toboggins one night--they thought it was so funny--then they started to wrestle

Don't think you can get away sister!

I had to add this pic from the party to show how Madison first went after her cake. She ate just about the whole thing!

Girls' First Birthday Party

I don't know why Blogger did my pictures like this, I guess maybe I had too many. Anyways, the party was so much fun. The girls, for the most part enjoyed it--Madison loved every minute-- I think she is going to be our social butterfly. Macey liked it, but was unsure of all the people--more of an introvert like her mother. I'll try to label the pics as best I can. To the right is the mantle with pics of the girls for each of the last 12 months.

The theme was Noah's Ark since our girls came in twosies. Above is the party favor table. To the right is the awesome cake my sister made. She worked so hard on it & it turned out sooo cute. Thanks Jessie!

Above is Madison's smash cake made by Jessie too. She loves Pooh so it is a yellow bear for her Pooh. To the right is Macey's Piglet smash cake--she loves her Piglet, so we thought it would be cute to make their cakes to at least resemble their "attachment toy"

All three cakes and to the right--we made mints & cut them in the shapes of animals & the ark to go along with the theme.

Their "smash cake" shirts courtesy of the their Aunt Jessie again--I think she worked harder on their party than I did. To the right a family pic before the festivities began.

Macey, Madison & Brady playing. To the right, watching the girls with their cakes.

Before the cakes came out. Madison is pointing to her balloons.

Macey's happiest moment during the cake process--Madison loved it--Macey not so much.

This is as "digging in" as Macey got

Madison was all about the cake

Happy Birthday My Little Girlies!!!!

I can't believe our little girls are 1! It has gone by so fast--the last year has been such a blessing and definately a blur--glad I took a lot of pictures. Here's a monthly recap of the last year. I'll post the party pics as soon as I get a chance. My big One year olds--they look like such big girls!
This seems like just yesterday they could fit side by side in a little bassinet
