Pretending

The girls are really starting to pretend lately...especially Madison. Macey tends to follow her lead if it looks like more fun than whatever she was doing. Madison wanted to dress up in the Figment costume when I was going through their clothes

She loves to dress up

This is what happens when Daddy gives you a melted chocolate chewy bar after church on Sunday morning--she really enjoyed it though

Mary Poppins mesmerizes them right now--which really helps me get some stuff done sometimes

I was seeing how many pigtails Madison would let me put in her hair--3 was the max and she kept them in for awhile--it looked hilarious

Madison is getting a long ponytail--it's so cute when she will let me do it

Macey is really into animals--she was standing them all up all over the house this particular day

Pretending to go night-night. She layed like this for about 20 minutes with Macey running around--it was too cute

Just Hanging out

We've just been hanging out lately. We stripped wallpaper Saturday night at Aunt Jessie's house to get the room ready for Baby Sam! We can't wait to have another cousin to play with. I know two girlies who will be big "helpers." Macey was NOT ready to get up from her nap. She pitched a fit for about 5 seconds then was sound asleep again in the floor. Madison played very quietly and she slept about 1/2 an hour like this.

Tori and Brady came to play one day...all the babies decided to attack Nae Nae at the same time.

Pig Tails!! I'm trying to get Madison to want to wear them b/c they're so cute. I got her to one day, but she insisted Macey have them too. You can barely see one peeking out from Mace's head.

Madison from the front

She has A LOT of hair and it is growing so fast!

Macey from the front--yes she does have pigtails in her hair in this picture

View of Macey from the top--believe it or not, her hair actually is getting longer and thicker

There are those little sprigs!

Signs of things to come!

The girls are getting such little personalities and are so much fun and funny about what they'll do. I think we are really in for it later on! My little Miss Hollywoods on their way to a photo shoot
They love Murphy--always at a distance, sometimes up close

We may have big telephone bills in the future

As long as it's not with their boyfriends

Macey's first little pony tail

Maddie has so much hair--she'll have a really good ponytail soon

This was the messiest they've been in awhile, but they sure did enjoy their mashed potatoes

They went straight to the tub from here

Good Mace, get it all nice and rubbed into that eye

My Mother's Day roses from my girlies

Beating Boredom

We were in the house without electricity the Sunday of the flood. Thankfully, we had no damage, but Jessie and D came up to play since they didn't have power either. We helped keep each other company.
Doing pull-ups with Daddy--Macey didn't need much help though
Madison doesn't have quite the upper-body strength as sister

Building a fort in the dark--trying to fend off boredom on Sunday--that's Jessie's elbow underneath

Uncle D under the fort

She won't wear them outside in the sun, but she'll wear the sunglasses in a dark house with no power

Around the house

Here are a few pics from this week--just been hanging around the house and playing. The girls are starting to get into their babydolls

My cuties in their hats

They were taking turns (on their own) pushing each other on their train last night while Jeff and I ate dinner. Does not happen often.

Jeff trying to fix our running toilet over the weekend. He fixed our back bathroom one a few years ago, but this toilet was a whole different ballgame.

Our new toilet installed yesterday by the plumber--thanks Brooks!
