Ready for Spring!

We've just been hanging around the house this week. We are so ready for warmer weather so we can play outside! Bath time last night--Madison's hair is getting out of control

The love to swirl and splash the water around

We are working on Madison only having her passy at naptime & bedtime. Monday she found the coke bottles out of their kitchen set and improvised.

Macey thought it was funny and joined in

They are starting to really play together--it's so cute

Madison loves loving on sister--Macey usually isn't up for it, but they were running around the house holding hands.

Finally Well!

We've been cooped up for the last 10 days or so with Macey sick. It hasn't been fun, but thankfully Madison was very good which helped me out a lot. Macey threw up every other day for 10 days. Hopefully we're in the clear now, Madison never got sick as of yet, I'm not sure how, but very thankful. It's so pitiful to see your baby sick & we're so glad to have our happy Macey back to normal.
You can tell in this picture the weight she lost--her face and legs really thinned out from no solid foods for so long.

Madison decided to see how many stickers would fit on her face at once

This is about four hours before her virus hit. No signs she was feeling bad until I heard her get sick in the monitor about 10 that night.

Feeling better--back to her sassy self

Getting them used to their new bike helmets and harnesses for Disney World in March!

Aunt Jessie said they looked like they were about to go skydiving

Helping Mommy clean the floors--Maddie Leigh likes to wipe things off

Playday with Hollis

Kimberly and Hollis came to play to get us through another winter day. This was the last day before Macey got sick for over a week--not fun! The girls loved playing with Hollis and were following him around everywhere.

Snow!

The girls loved walking in the snow. It was hard to get them back inside. Getting the paper with Daddy

Sledding at Mimmy & Pops

Making Daddy Proud

The girls love brushing their teeth lately--making their Daddy happy!

It's hard to see this, but Madison's hair is in her first pony tail. It is getting so shaggy!

Furniture Shopping and the Zoo

The girls have had a busy weekend already. Furniture shopping yesterday and the zoo today. We went furniture shopping yesterday afternoon and then to dinner afterward. The girls were good, but when we pulled into the driveway at 6:30 they were asleep--Macey was totally out. I guess furniture shopping doesn't just wear adults out! Daddy enjoying a few minutes of cuddle time before we had to wake her up
Madison woke up when we took her shoes off, but she wanted to still be near sister

Maddie Leigh loving on Macey Kate when she finally woke up

The one picture at the zoo I got--at snack time. It was cold, but the girls loved running around and got to see a lot more animals than I thought we would

Snow Day

It was too cold to do too much lately. We've mainly been hanging around the house. We played in the snow for about 5 minutes since it was so cold, and we couldn't keep Macey's boots on. We're glad for a little warmer weather and getting to play a little outside. Madison's hair is getting pretty shaggy. Jessie and I were trying some new do's with her
Macey somehow faceplanted into her kitchen and got the lovely scratch on her nose. Luckily it was just a scrape and we didn't have any pictures coming up.

Entertaining them with a movie so I can finish getting ready for church on Wed. night

Madison enjoyed the snow a little more than Macey. The snowsuits were hard to get around in though.

Notice Macey's shoe. This is why we were out about 5 minutes total.

Madison loves dressing up already. She wanted I guess to go play in the snow this particular morning.

Jessie came by one day to show me some purchases & Madison wanted to model them for us--she's gonna be a shopper I'm afraid!

She does have style though
